GeoTest 60 is a computer wheel aligner, which can measure vehicles with wheel rim diameter between 12” — 26”. The use of the computer and CCD cameras guarantees that measurement results are precise and repeatable. The machine can be used for the measurement of passenger cars and lcv’s, as well as minibuses. Its four measuring units can measure and help adjust the alignment of wheels with reference to the geometrical drive axis. GeoTest 60 comes in two options:
- GeoTest 60 Standard - uses cables to power the measuring units and cable communication between the measuring units and the central unit.
- GeoTest 60 Radio - uses batteries to power the measuring units and radio communication between the measuring units and the central unit.
GeoTest 60 main features:
- 8 CCD cameras to measure horizontal angles;
- 30.000 vehicle models in the database;
- Updateable vehicle database, easy record creation and edition;
- Entirely new, user-friendly graphic interface;
- Four ROC options:
- with raised vehicle,
- rolling-type,

- three ways to display measurement results:

The application of CCD cameras and a PC renders the measurement results precise and accurate. The machine can measure any passenger car or lcv with up to 3,5 ton GVW. The software included allows you to measure the following parameters:
- front camber,
- rear camber,
- king-pin inclination,
- caster,
- rear total toe,
- rear half-toes,
- front half-toes,
- front total toe,
- front wheels offset,
- rear wheels offset,
- track width difference,
- thrust angle,
- toe out on turns at 20°,
- lock angles,

- axle offset,

The preinstalled software automates the whole measurement process, making it as easy as never before. The technician is guided throughout the procedure with easy-to-follow instructions that pop up on the screen.
The Vehicles' model parameters screen lets you select and load factory default values for a given vehicle model. It is divided into two panels, the first of which consists of a number of drop-down search boxes for vehicle browsing, while the other one displays the chosen model's parameters, together with additional information to help prepare the vehicle for the measurement.
The Adjustments screen is a combination of parameter diagrams and dynamic angle values that are updated in "real time". Hovering the mouse cursor over any of the diagrams displays a pop-up "ballon" with the parameter's name. The background colour against which the parameter's value is displayed indicates whether that given value falls within the vehicle's manufacturer's tolerance or not.

Each measurement result can be printed in as many copies as you wish, anytime.
The print-out shows you the manufacturer-recommended parameters' values, the initial measurement results and the final results, after adjustment. Any angles that are not within tolerance limits are printed in red.
